Directory of Awesome PC Blogs

When I started to contemplate the Peace Corps, I read blogs from current and returned volunteers as part of my research. During the application process and 6 month staging wait, these blogs maintained my desire for service.

Peace Corps is different for each country, site, and PCV. In the spirit of that diversity, Blogging Abroad has created an awesome directory of blogs that share cultural experiences. Here are a few I have encountered that do a fantastic job of conveying the Peace Corps experience in their host countries and unique perspectives as PCV.

    • Pleasure! You do an excellent job with portraying Nicaragua. Thank you so much for the repost and kind comments…it made my week! The autism page went through several revisions before I was comfortable, so it is nice to hear someone appreciated the perspective. Thanks for interacting with the blog(it is a good reminder that people actually see what I write and therefore need to watch my less-than-perfect grammar!)

      All the best,
      Katey
